185 Park Street, London, which is located adjacent to Tate Modern, is a multi-use development comprising of two residential high rise apartment complexes and an office building.
The facade concept, which materially and aesthetically is consistent over the three buildings, will comprise of a fully unitised curtain walling and glazing skin. This skin will step in plane on a floor by floor basis requiring a technical transition at each slab level. The slab levels themselves are clad in a formed concrete panel whilst the vertical spandrels are over clad in bespoke pressed filigree metalwork panelling.
